"Stay Noided"
Prior to the Punk Shoot (SAIC summer program final project) Pearlman prepared several exercises for the models to participate in. He needed these select eight to become victims of a thrashing, boisterous, screaming riot grrrl punk show. We laid out each models outfits on a narrow hallway floor, leading to changing rooms. Naturally, the models tried avoiding walking on the clothing. Pearlman shouted at the models to go back and stomp on every single article of clothing. This gave the models an inconsequential taste of what the night would entail. Pearlman needed to capture the raw essence of punk; Attitude, Chaos, Freedom, and Questioning Authority. We asked model, Tom Sevcik, to pick up a snare drum and throw it anywhere, as hard as he could. We turned the music louder and proceeded to create some hard photographs. We present them to you now...

Zine collectionI created a line of "zines" which is essentially a small magazine to display my SAIC final project. The physicality of these small photo books bring yet another layer to the "Stay Noided" project. I am selling these for $10 a-piece and have already sold three.
